Our Mission Statement:

To unite Comanche County in the desire for, and commitment to, promotion of Economic Development through:

• Fostering a favorable climate, conducive to growth, new and existing industrial, commercial and agricultural businesses;
• Better use of the available resources and opportunities;
• Encouragement and support of new opportunities for the betterment of future generations of Comanche County and the City of Coldwater.

Available resources  for residence and businesses:

• Neighborhood revitalization program: a property tax rebate program that reduces property tax for 10 years (new construction, rehabilitation and additions to home / business). Must apply with the County Appraiser prior to beginning construction to qualify for this program.
• Rural Opportunity Zone Incentives: /Comanche County is one of the qualifying counties in the Rural Opportunity Zone created legislation (Senate Bill 198).
