Prairie Plaza Apartments are located in the heart of Coldwater at 205 S Central. We are an elderly (62 and over), low-income, disability, HUD-subsidized apartment complex of 20 units. The grocery store is one block south, downtown Coldwater is one block north, the courthouse is one block east, several churches are within walking distance and the newly renovated hospital is three blocks west. It all starts with the application in order to get on the waiting list. Please print a copy and fill out the Rental Application entirely, sign and date.
